On Saturday 6th December, residents and
co-workers in Camphill Milton Keynes celebrated a Christmas party in the Chrysalis Theatre. There was
lots of nice food and there was also a band called Ukie-Toones which was
comprised of people playing ukuleles. Some of the songs played by the band were
8 Days a Week, Delilah, Folsom Prison Blues, The lion sleeps tonight, Blue
Christmas and Is this the way to Amarillo. It was decided that there should be
a Christmas party instead of an Advent fair because there was not enough people
available to help prepare for the advent fair. I really enjoyed going to this
party. I think we should have a Christmas party every year as well as the
Advent fair.
