St John's Day walk

These are some photos of a walk that some of us went on for Midsummer Day on June 24th at Camphill Milton Keynes. We went to the Peace Pagoda, Stone Circle and the Tree Cathedral.

The Peace Pagoda, completed in 1980 at the northern edge,  of Willen lake in Willen, Milton Keynes. This was the first Peace Pagoda in the western world. There is a Nipponzan-Myōhōji Order temple and monastery nearby

The Stone Circle, which is near the Peace Pagoda

The Tree Cathedral, a group of trees planted so that it has the appearance of a Norman cathedral, with the tree-trunks taking the place of columns.
