Christmas Craft Fair

These are some photographs of a Christmas Craft Fair happening at the Chrysalis Theatre in Camphill Milton Keynes on Saturday 9th November.

A craft fair is an event where people sell items they have made by hand, such as handicrafts, artisan-created items, or commercial products. Craft fairs can be a type of bazaar or fair, and can also include other events like parades, harvest dinners, or airshows.

Craft fairs can be a great way for artisans to get their work in front of a large audience, and to get real-time feedback on their products. There are many different types of craft fairs, including school events, wedding fairs, and Christmas fairs. Some craft fairs have themes that you can adopt for your own stall.

Classic Motor Show

The Classic Motor Show returned to the NEC in Birmingham on November 8–10 with a bang as it celebrated its 40th anniversary.
The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show attracted 71,520 visitors over the weekend of 8-10 November, 2024 in a welcome display of continued enthusiasm for classic cars as the show celebrated its 40th anniversary.
A record-setting 338 car clubs formed the enthusiast-centric backbone of the show, bolstered by the usual vast array of exhibitors, car dealers and trade stands throughout the expansive halls of the NEC in Birmingham.
Famous faces, experts and commenters — including the Classics World team — were on hand to discuss the industry and offer advice at the Meet the Experts Theatre, while the returning Pride of Ownership and Meguiars Club Showcase stands saw huge interest and interaction from keen enthusiasts.
Passenger rides in various exciting classics and supercars came courtesy of the Sporting Bears Motor Club, with all proceeds going to children’s charities.
The next Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show will be held at Birmingham’s NEC on 7–9 November, 2025.

Halloween Bake Off

We are super proud of all the houses that took part in the Halloween Bake Off—another brilliant time had by all the houses that entered.

1st place went to Kirklington with the brain.

2nd was MP with the eyes on the ring. It got very spooky when an eye rolled off and along the table!

3rd was Whitethorn with their spooky, colourful cupcakes.

Halloween Disco

Halloween is a celebration observed in many countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It is at the beginning of the observance of Allhallowtide, the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints, martyrs, and all the faithful departed.
A disco is ​a club, party or event where people dance to recorded pop music.
