Cultural Life Meeting

The Cultural Life Meeting is a meeting that happens every six weeks and the last meeting happened on Tuesday 16^th July at 12.30pm. This is a meeting were we discuss what we do in the community and what events happen. Before the meeting started at 12.00pm, the people who went to the meeting could have pizza in the foyer of the Chrysalis Theatre. I thought that going to this meeting was useful since I didn’t know what was happening in the community.

Here is a short list of some of the things that were bought up.

1.       Events:

a.       Open-air Thetre in the Parks.

b.      Music for Willen in support of Willen Hospice.

c.       Haydn’s “The Seasons”.

2.     Evening Activities – Starting times and days?

Sport – Jongbum; Baking – Morghan; Miguel – cycling; Walking – Josune and Rebecca.

3.       Sunday Gathering.

4.       Community Gathering – Friday August 16^th.

5.       Michaelmas play – “What Men Live By”

6.       Cultural folders in houses?
