Camphill Bake Off

The Camphill Bake Off is a fun, friendly baking competition inspired by The Great British Bake Off, hosted regulary by local communities within the Camphill Milton Keynes network and other regional groups to showcase the culinary talents of their residents and housemates.

About the Event

The Goal: Brings residents together for teamwork, creativity, and community spirit.

The Format: Different houses compete against each other with themed challenges like seasonal treats, Valentine's bakes, or summer no-bake desserts.

The Judging: In-house judges score the entries while audiences taste and vote for their favorite creations.

Can you see what healing you can bring to others?

Do not be afraid to love wholeheartedly

You know when your giving will be misunderstood

Trust the knowing

 

See others with my eyes

See me in others

Let the two seeing become one

The place where they meet is holy

Healing can occur there

Your inner and your outer merge there

 

Love me in all creatures

In all plants

In sky, stars, cloud, and sun

To love them is to love me

Is to quicken my body

To help it merge with all

Can’t you begin to see

How the gate into true love

Leads to true life?

 

The touch of love should be alive,

Like colour, like music

When people try to grab hold of it

And drag it down into sensualism

It is no longer love

Community Assembly

These are some photographs  of residents and staff having a community assembly at the Chrysalis Theatre in Camphill Milton Keynes. We usually have these assemblies every month in the community so that we can discuss issues and bring up news about events happening in the community.
